Hello from gloomy Belgrade, photography lovers! I'm back with a new installment of the challenge, as usual a bit later than intended. I'm also cheating a bit this time and posting photos from two different days - hope you don't mind and that you'll enjoy the selection. Both outings with the camera had a similar vibe, a cloudy day, not so cold, with a bit of rain, perfect for winter walks - so I thought I'll post them together instead of separately.
First batch of photos is taken today at the park Šumice (Pronounced shoomitseh and can be translated as little woods :D). I remembered being here once and figured out it would compliment the photos I took previously so that they work together.
Šumice is a large forest park filled with trees, intersected with many paths that lead to different parts of the area, with benches and playgrounds for children. Many young people were traversing the park today, likely there's a school around that I'm not familiar with. I captured few passers-by on their way through this natural habitat. The trees are still bare and you can see it's every "bone". But there's a different kind of magic and beauty in a sight like this.
Second batch is from the Kalemegdan park as you can guess by now. When the weather is bad, when it's cloudy and raining (even just lightly) there's a much less people around the fortress. Which is unfortunate for them because the place is so beautiful around this time, but it's lucky for me, because I very much enjoy having it for myself and a few strong willed visitors and their dogs. :) Last few shots taken on the way home.
Here's a short reminder of the project challenge in case you missed it:
- Post 15 photo blogs in 30 days
- Show at least 10 photos per blog, no matter how good they are
- Act as if shooting the film camera, one roll (battery) per day, limited number of shots, minimal attention to reviewing images on the LCD in real time

When I crouched down with the camera, dogs in passing always come by to say hi. :) Missed focus.
