Yesterday at around 10.30 I was the forest looking for some interesting macro photo objects. There weren't many objects that I could photograph there, but I was still grateful because I could still capture several interesting objects there.
And among several interesting objects, I am more interested in sharing a photo of a pair of skipper butterfly making love
for today's post.
Skipper butterflies usually like to sunbathe in wild leaves during the day & they are not too difficult to find in the forest, however it will be a little difficult to find these butterflies in parks or residential areas even though there are many flowering plants.
And yesterday by chance I found this butterfly making love, this is a rare moment in my opinion. Because usually I don't find it difficult to find these butterflies in the forest but they are not making love.
As for the skipper butterfly, what I mean is the yellow variant, some of the skipper butterflies are also brown and some are even dark brown. And the skipper butterfly that I am sharing is called the binomial Potanthus omaha.
"Potanthus omaha, commonly known as lesser dart, is a species of skipper butterfly. Found in Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & India." Wikipedia
