We all know how much pleasure photography really provides,when we have fun.
Anyone can learn a few minutes of meditation,during a walk or anywhere else, it just needs 5 minutes of quiet time. Close your eyes, feel the ground under your feet and take several deep breaths in and out, let the incoming thoughts pass by and just feel the breath, nothing more. The five minutes out of the world relaxed unbelievably great!
Free photography is pure meditation for me, especially mindful photography.
