Recently, I decided to distract myself a bit, change the environment and rest and went to Ivano-Franivk. This is a city in Western Ukraine. It is quite difficult to get to it from Transcarpathia, so I had to make a transfer in Lviv. But it was worth it. The city itself is located on the hills and, surprisingly, very calm, although the population here is almost twice as large as in my native Uzhhorod. It also has an interesting structure: the streets very smoothly intertwine with each other and lead to the square. For example, the most beautiful street, which is only 70 meters long, leads to town hall. We climbed it, which by the way was very fun and scary at the same time, and we saw such beautiful landscapes. The city resembles a sun, because the squares and streets from it are like rays. The city also has interesting old buildings, but, unfortunately, modern architecture it fills everything with itself more and more. But somehow, in some places, it managed to save something. And I’ll tell you about it in part 2.
