Food photography is among my favorite genres, so I come to restaurants with a lot of enthusiasm and desire to innovate and be creative throughout the session.
On this occasion I received an order from a restaurant called "Doña Eutimia". It's located in Old Havana, at the end of a small street that in Cuba is known as "callejón" (some sort of an alley). The place is very old. It was the house of a blacksmith who one day, seeing that he had enough room, set up a restaurant more than a hundred years ago in this very same place, which is still there today.
The name, "Doña Eutimia", belonged to the first cook that the place had, who was a very dear person for her kindness, but also for her incredible gifts to create the most wonderful recipes that everyone loved.
Without further ado, I leave you with a selection of the photos I took in this beautiful restaurant, where I could also taste the spectacular food.
