El Balcón de Diego. This is the name of this small restaurant located in the Nuevo Vedado neighborhood in Havana. It has been a family business for more than 70 years, and is still run by one of the family descendants, who is also the chef. I came here for a gastronomic photography session, one of the genres I enjoy the most.
