In Russia, it is cultivated in the Krasnodar Territory. The best Thyme grows in the steppe zone in the Southern Urals, where there is a lot of sun for it in summer.
Эту лечебную траву я собираю в начале июня, когда он начинает цвести. После этого времени его лечебные свойства становятся ниже. Чабрец (обыкнове́нный) — вид многолетних трав (полукустарников) из рода Тимьян. В диком виде Чабрец растёт в северо-западной части Средиземноморского побережья, Испании и на юге Франции. В России культивируется в Краснодарском крае. Самый лучший Чабрец вырастает в степной зоне на Южном Урале, где для него много солнца летом.

Клевер лугово́й, или клевер красный — растение из рода Клевер, семейства Бобовые, подсемейства Мотыльковые. Клевер очень полезный для здоровья и это единственная лечебная трава (цветы), которая чистит кровь и весь организм человека. Употреблять его нужно строго по графику, указанному в лечении.

Данную лекарственную траву - Душицу и цветы я собираю в июне и июле, когда она цветет. Душица обыкнове́нная — вид многолетних травянистых растений из рода Душица. Вид распространен в Европе и Средиземноморье. В России растёт повсеместно: на полянах, опушках, среди кустарников, на сухих открытых травянистых местах, по склонам холмов. У нас на Южном Урале Душица хорошо растет и в степи на холмах, и в лесу, где ее очень много. Собираю я Душицы много для того, чтобы пить чай и завариваю ее вместе с Иван-чаем.

Иван-чай я собираю все лето, начиная с конца мая и до самого сентября, пока он не перестанет цвести, образуя семенные коробки. Иван-чай — род многолетних растений семейства кипрейные. Из кипрея узколистного делают копорский чай или русский чай, как его называют за рубежом. История употребления Иван-чая на Руси насчитывает уже много веков, а раньше его продавали в больших количествах на экспорт. Пока не стали чай завозить из Китая. Но главное отличие этого чая - у него нет кофеина, а содержание витамина С больше, чем в лимоне в 9 раз. Так, что - это самый лучший чай для здоровья.

But I keep any medicinal plants for no more than 1 year. Our ancestors have always done this, and I think it is right.
Собираю цветы липы я в начале июня, когда она хорошо цветет. Надо успеть собрать цветы, потому как срок цветения у липы очень короткий - 2-3 недели. Собираю цветы, конечно в сухую и солнечную погоду. Сушу цветы на противне в духовке. Цветы липы хорошо помогают во время простудных заболеваний. А так же я их иногда добавляю в чай для профилактики, если болит горло или кашель. Срок хранения у всех лекарственных трав и цветов не более 2 лет. Но я храню любые лекарственные растения не более 1 года. Так делали всегда наши предки и думаю, что это правильно.
