Spring is gaining strength more and more every day. Summer birds began to arrive from their winter apartments, the sun rises higher and higher above the horizon every day, and the daylight is getting longer. The fields are free of snow, and soon the snow will disappear from the forest.
Last weekend, my wife and I took a little walk near the bridge over the Vyatka River.



It turns out that the wife has never been to this bridge. She used to walk with her friends along the pedestrian path along the Embankment along the high bank. And today she went down to the river in this place for the first time.






I noticed that since last fall, my wife has started posing for the camera a little. She hadn't done that before. The children live far away from us. That's why we share photos. We usually send them more often.

Ice floats well on the river, but the water level in the river has not yet risen.
Actually, we came to see the ice drift.









I decided to go up to the bridge by this ladder. But the wife is afraid of heights, so she stayed down.






I went upstairs, and a young man with a child decided to go down this staircase. I probably wouldn't have risked the child so much but would have gone down another ladder.






Scarlet sails are the business card of our city. The science fiction writer Alexander Green was born in this city, who wrote the book "Scarlet Sails".
