Hello friends,
When I woke up this morning I couldn’t even think about rainy weather. It was so bright and sunny outside, I was even thinking about going for a walk.
Then I got busy with cooking and making a video of my art. Later, when I looked outside it was already pouring down. I was hoping it would stop soon, so that kids won’t get soaked walking from their school.
No, it never stopped raining, maybe it got weaker but that’s it. With the AC running and the sky looking grey, it felt like we need to get warm. So I kept having tea and “Mud water” almost until lunch.
Well, thankfully kids didn’t get soaked, just their shoes were wet. We even made to our gymnastics class. That’s when I went outside and got some photos.
I had a lot of free time during the class, so I took my time to find the most prettiest leaves and puddles.
I remember only three or four times, when I went to take photos right after it rained, or while it was sprinkling a little bit. What I realized today, while writing this post and looking at the photos one more time, is that it’s actually fun! I enjoyed taking photos today because there wasn’t any pressure of people staring at me. Since it was still quite wet outside, there weren’t so many people walking around, and I had enough time to find the best looking raindrops.
Editing photos is also something I enjoy doing in the evenings. I probably wouldn’t enjoy it if it was my work, but since I’m not a professional photographer, I know that people wouldn’t judge me too hard:-)
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
