Hello friends,
Today I’m sharing more photos from my walk by the swamps of one of the National parks in Florida. The weather was looking like if it could rain, but it never did.
We went there at the beginning of February and I don’t remember much from what the guide told us about this place. There was a lot of numbers for sure, and I memorize information better if it was given visually.
On this photo you can see an anhinga bird, sometimes it’s called snakebird, darter, American darter, or water turkey. Often it’s called snakebird because when swimming: only the neck appears above water so the bird looks like a snake ready to strike.
I really like the water lily leaves on the water surface, with their bright yellow flowers.
It’s funny to think about that before for several years I was refuse to go to this park, because I was afraid to of alligators. This year we went with my friends and I felt more safe and busy chatting to my friends all the time.
