Walking through the streets, on a sunny day, a very hot day, I decide to choose a shortcut, a shorter way to reach my destination.
The street forked, in one place it went straight, but in another part it rose up to reach a bridge. I choose the second option, and when I look to my right on the other road not chosen, already from the top of a ramp, I see this marvel.
In a very narrow street next to the ramp, she will think... does anyone see me in this little street, who will notice my existence?
The truth is that this mural painting is a real beauty.
The lights and shadows make a relief appear as if the woman is coming out of the conch shell, or maybe she is just resting.
She rests while her gaze is lost in the sky and the rays of sunlight illuminate her face.
She adorns that forgotten street, few pass by, even though there is an avenue very close by.
To get out of this little street you have to climb some stairs, so she is very hidden, like the woman in her conch shell.
She has sweet eyes and a very tender look, her hair radiates light and energy. Her body is very well painted and the shell looks like marble.
She asked me for help to get to the sea, I think, her language I didn't understand, she was trapped there by a mural painter, or maybe this is just a painting of the real one, which was in her mind.
The truth is that I could not remain indifferent to such a wonderful mural.
I wondered if anyone else had noticed her gaze, the brushstrokes.
I moved closer to focus on her face, the strokes of paint on the wall.
Each focus made her look different, I think she wanted to get out of that wall and be free. Maybe if I bring her out for people to see, she'll have a little more freedom.
The bold colours, expressions of her face and a sense of movement at rest.
I loved this artwork, many of them are made to decorate forgotten places, I hope people see them and admire them because they are wonderful.
I hope you like this artwork and thank you for watching and reading this far.
Best regards to all, see you next time.
