Flakstad is a cemetery along the main road in Lofoten archipelago, in Flakstadøya island.
A cemetery in the white, under a snowfall.
Only a name on a white cros. All around a lonely white field. Or maybe sweet...
A name is the only memory that stay alive.
The cemetery is under this big rocky mountain.
A lonely place, cold, hard as death is.
It is like a big mother protecting all these souls, in silence.
Maybe this was the grave of a fisherman:
And here another kind of cemetery: rows of cods that in this season stand out to dry, from which Norvegian people produce stockfish.
