In these days I'm managing my huge archive of images and videos, 20 TB of stuff more or less. I will buy a Nas to have all in the same place.
I'm discovering many pictures I don't remember to have shooted.
It is a pleasure to surprise how many pictures I have done in my life (I think 200 or 300K pictures), many of all to similar subjects (nothing special), other ones very good. Anyway, I'm enjoying to revive all these memories and good days.
Today I will show you some shoots taken in Austria, in april 2015.
This region is called Silvretta, and it is a true paradise for
ski mountaineerings.
Here the reflection of a summit in a refugee window, during sunset:
In the morning we crossed a pass through fog:
Skiing down the weather got better and finally we found the refugee (Wiesbadener Hutte):
Taking some rest:
Here we are very close to the king of this region: Piz Buin mount (yes, the same name of skin protection stick). Many people were ready to climb it the day after, but we prefer to go to Haagspitze. Here Piz Buin summit at sunrise:
A small old refugee took my attention, and I took a photography set to it, from afternoon to evening:
Fog appeared and disappeared, but in the evening weather got even better:
Here last ski mountaneerings coming up to Hutte:
Sunset was incredible and very magic, with cloud games, sunrays and summits on fire, like vulcanos:
An imaginary parot in the sky said to us it's time to go to bed (sometimes I need to express my healthy stupidity ah ah)...
... not before a beer and some relax:
Pictures taken with Nikon D800, 24-120 F4.
