During a warm front last spring, my Kale decided to bolt. At first I was not very thrilled, but decided then to just let them do their thing. As they did that, I discovered how beautiful the otherwise unwanted growth turned out to be. It was the first time that I actually witnessed bolting Kale, since the weather in Hawai'i was much more stable and did not display these drastic changes from 0°C to 20°C and back. What is stressful to me, had also a profound effect on the plants.
The image was taken with a Nikon D5100 and a Zörkendorfer Macro with Zeiss Lens. Forgive me for not being able to provide more details, since my iMac and Nikon are in storage and this image is parked on my iPad.
Hope You enjoy it.
