Yesterday, the Hive account@mapesa team and I did a social activity to preserve the cultural heritage in our area, Aceh, Indonesia.
This social activity runs regularly almost every week, but this is the first time I can participate in this activity because of my busy schedule.
This activity is carried out by Hive account@mapesa to continue to preserve the tombs of the ancestors, such as cleaning tomb complexes, arranging tombstones that have been abandoned for a long time, not only that, Mapesa also continues to study traces of graves in Aceh, Indonesia. . . . . . in an attempt to find out the genealogy. history in aceh.

This picture shows a young man who is very active in this social activity, coloring the carvings on the tombstones, coloring using chalk to recreate the carvings on the tombstones. Carvings on tombstones vary, there are symbolic ones that show the identity of the tombstone and some are in the form of Arabic script carvings. This Arabic-Jawi carving shows the ownership and year of the tomb whose identity is indicated based on the carvings on each tombstone. It was from the clues on the tombstone that Mapesa learned information about the ownership of the tomb, for example what its position was during his past life.

That day, several students in Banda Aceh, Aceh Indonesia also participated in this social activity. the spirit of the students.
