The European architectural building which was built in 1903 by the Dutch military, to be precise during the leadership of Sultan Muhammad Duadsyah, is still very strong today.
This 2-storey building is a cultural heritage, located close to the Keraton Aceh Darussalam area, after the invasion in 1873 the Dutch succeeded in occupying Banda Aceh, Aceh Indonesia.
The Dutch built this whitewashed building as a telephone office for Koetaradja (Banda Aceh), for long-distance communications such as to Batavia (Jakarta) which is now the capital city of Indonesia.
