Yellow, the color of the sun, is a color that stands out and brightens any image. This week's competition calls for yellow. Old-timers in Hive remember the Color Challenge, with a color every day.
As on other occasions, even now I can't pick a favorite photo and so I put more.
As on other occasions, I didn't take photos specifically for this contest. I chose from my archive what I hope fits the theme.
Autumn like spring brings many colors in nature and so we find yellow too, especially in autumn when leaves enter the contest.

Yellow symbolizes joy, happiness, optimism, idealism, imagination, hope, and summer. But it can also be the color of betrayal, jealousy, sickness, dishonesty, cowardice, and greed.
Choose what you like. I like summer best and find it natural that yellow is the color of choice. The color of the sun, the sand, the sunflower...
Sunflowers would have been the easiest choice for this contest but I don't think it's a good idea. Creativity is expected of us!
I don't know if I was creative but I hope I can try creativity through diversity. That's why I put photos that are not related to each other.
