Every community needs a little bit of humor...even Photography Lovers.
Talking about lovers.
In Germany spring is around the corner and love is in the air.
When you like photography the main aspect is capturing what you see, right?
It is the world through our eyes lense.
When having a dog, in my case a BEAUTIFUL HANDSOME Bulldog, you spent quite some time outside.
This gives you the opportunity to see the little things, to open your eyes for #naturphotography.
You walk pass by little splashes of color, blossoming into the grey.
Messengers of fertility, harbingers of abundance.
Little insects that frolic around in mother natures safe lap.
Bees that feast on nectar, collecting pollen.
Ready for take of, heavily loaded with golden sparkles of life.
You keep walking, delighted by the beauty.
Equipment ready to shoot the next thing you see on this sunny day.
A day with perfect photography conditions.
Blue sky, fresh air, sunshine.
Colors in contrast to the winterly surroundings, fresh leaves popping up announcing the spring.
Birds tweeting around you.
In the corner of your eye you see this bright red.
Your heart jumps in anticipation of the best macro motive...a colorful bug that ends hibernation.
Yup...they sure ended hibernation.
Is this the point where I should mark it as NSFW?
Maybe he is just massaging the other ladybug...hmm...
From a photography point of view it was a challenging motive.
They were moving quickly.
Also ladybugs are rather small.
I had a hard time getting them in the focus.
To shoot a good macro you have to adjust your position from time to time.
That's how you can figure out from which angle the light falls in best.
I read that the light coming from in front of you is the best scenario.
That's why the daytime is important and during early and evening hours the best light will occur.
I shot in the early afternoon, around 14ish.
To be honest,
I felt a little bit weird...I was the human creep taking pics in a compromising situation.
I wonder what they were thinking.
Probably 'Pervert'. Can't blame them.
I told them what is posted in Hive, stays in Hive.
I have to admit they didn't bother.
So I took off and had them enjoy their little get together on their own.
Had enough pictures anyway...smirkish look.
I walked pass by a field and soon I discovered another spot of color and a bumblebee digging deep into a tiny flower.
'Yeah bumblebee macro' I thought to myself realizing that this is going to be a challenge.
She was really busy and not posing for me.
But fast as I am I captured some decent pics.
Can you see the pollen on her body?
And the beautiful colors?
It's a white-tailed-bumblebee.
And look into that pretty eye...macro is cool hu?
I am using a smartphone and dang you can take great pictures with it.
Look, the bumblebee is taking of and the phone captured it...bzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
I hope you all had a great hump day...the ladybug lovers for sure had one.
And now go out, enjoy the springtime and shoot pictures.
And tell your story...did you shoot some pics with a little story lately?
By the way I cropped the pictures, you know...to put the tiny insects in the right spotlight.
