Es un placer poder hacer una nueva publicación, hoy me provocó salir a caminar un rato por la urbanización. No camine por más de 1 hora ya que me empeze a sentir cansada, pero le doy gracias a Dios porque de tantas semanas encerradas logre salir un rato.
It is a pleasure to make a new publication, today it caused me to go for a walk in the urbanization. I did not walk for more than 1 hour since I started to feel tired, but I thank God that after so many weeks locked up I managed to get out for a while.

Las personas de la terceras edad tanto como los jóvenes, adolescentes, etc. Tienes que caminar, trotar o hacer un poco de ejercicio ya que ayuda mucho a la salud , lo cual fue la principal razón por la que camine.
The elderly as well as young people, adolescents, etc. You have to walk, jog or do a little exercise as it helps a lot to health, which was the main reason why I walked.
