Another frozen waterfall on a man-made structure. The village of Chubovka, Samara Region. What's interesting is that the water here continues to flow inside these ice columns. The water pressure is weak, so the ice does not wash away, but there is still a current, so it does not freeze completely. Very soon, when the snow begins to melt, there will be a turbulent stream here, and a small river will briefly turn into a large river.
