The giant icicle in the photo is the consequences of a utility accident. A pipe burst in the fields outside the city. I don’t know who is in charge of the pipe, but in two weeks it has not been repaired. And since the weather is frosty outside, gradually all the outflowing water froze, forming such an interesting sight :) Now it will stand until spring, until it melts. And as the water continues to flow, some of the photos show a stream of water spouting from an icicle - this ice sculpture will only get bigger.
