My car spotting series continues where I showcase some of the coolest cars that I have been lucky enough to see while out in my city. If you missed the last installment, you can check it out here.
This time I have a lot more than just cool cars to show. There are multiple SUVs, motorcycles, and even a high-performance truck. Let's jump right into it.
Shelby F-150
This truck is an absolute beast. I knew what it was right away as soon as I saw it, plus it was kind of hard to not notice the badging displayed throughout the truck's design. I did not however expect the person who got out of the car to be who it was. It turns out the guy that owned the red Nissan GTR that I've shown you a few times before, well he decided to grade his GTR for this Shelby. This doesn't surprise me though, since the last time I talked to him he did tell me that he was concerned about the roads here in WV and was tired of putting his GTR through hell. Plus, before the GTR, he had an older Shelby F-150. I guess the guy likes trucks, but he also loves power because this thing is loaded. It's a 775 hp supercharged 5.0. The Borla exhaust sound amazing rumbling directly in front of where my car was parked.
Audi S3
I've seen this Audi many times as the guy who drives it works at the milk place across from the grocery store that I visit the most. it's always parked in the same spot and finally, I decided it was a good time to capture some photos of it. If you know me, then you know I love pretty much any Audi. The S3 is smaller than my old A4 but packs a serious punch. When tuned, it can easily rival the RS3 and other higher-end Audis. I think this guy has his stock, but I can't be certain because I've never heard it running before.
Harley Davidson 114
I know close to nothing about motorcycles, but I could tell just by looking at this one that it was probably something special. Hell, maybe I'm wrong and I was just a big fan of the Oreo-like white and black styling. It doesn't look like it's the fastest bike in town, but it sure is one of the best-looking ones that I've seen.
Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
Jeeps are super popular here where I live. People love getting these off-roaders and then never taking them off-road. Most of the time they are left stock and usually you don't see a fully loaded Rubicon like this one. Not only was it basically the best Wrangler you can buy, but it was highly customized. The white, red, and black styling was absolutely glorious to witness in person.
Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 63 S
This AMG Benz is lowkey one of the dopest cars in town. To most, it looks like an average SUV, but if you are like me then you know it is much more than that. This thing is pushing just over 500 hp in its twin-turbo V8 and it looks damn good doing it too.
Polaris Slingshot
This one is technically a three-wheeled motorcycle. Slingshots always catch my eye, but none have drawn as much attention as this yellow one I saw. It looked like so much money had been put into it making it exactly how the owner wanted it. I'm guessing they really love music like me because there was an infinite supply of speakers. I wish I could have heard this thing bumping some TroyBoi. I've yet to ride in one of these before, but I imagine it is a hell of a good time.
Volvo XC90
Another SUV here, but this time we have a Swiss Volvo. The thing I appreciated most about it is the fact that it had some subtle custom badging that I thought was cool. You can see the Prancing Moose Edition badge and then Heico badging on the back instead of Volvo. I had to look up Heico and discovered , which is the world's leading tuning specialist for Volvo & Polestar. As for the Prancing Moose, I found https://www.prancingmoose.com/ and I guess it's just badges that some people think are cool. Looks a lot like a Ferrari badge to me. I also really love the yellow and blue portion of the front grille, very clean. The wheels are looking pretty good too.
C6 Corvette
Corvettes are probably the most popular sports car around here, besides things like Mustangs/Camaros/Challengers. The Corvette is a step above those though. This C6 was a bit older but still looked great. You have to appreciate the fact that it is blacked out.
C8 Corvette
Compared to the C6, this C8 is miles beyond it in coolness, at least in my opinion. I am obsessed with the styling of the new C8. This one looked amazing and it was parked next to some matching orange cones. I halfway thought that the owner put the cones there on their own to keep people away from his car. If that's true, then I wonder how he manages to store two huge cones in his very small cargo area. That's some dedication, but I can't blame him because this car draws a lot of attention.
Ford Mustang Mach-E
Last but not least is the only EV on today's list. This isn't the best-looking Mach-E that I've seen, but it is the only one that I've seen parked so far. The rest are always driving by me and I've been unable to get any good photos. I refuse to post blurry, in-motion shots of cars because it just doesn't show them off how they deserve to be shown.
That's all I have for you today. 10 rides that all stand out in their own way. If I could choose only one, it'd be the C8, but I also would love to have the Slingshot as a secondary toy during the summer.
Leave a comment below and let me know which of these vehicles you think is the coolest. Stay tuned for another post like this coming in the near future.
