To some, it may be called shoreline “debris”, but to me, it is shoreline “art”. Beautiful in fact! A work of art. Once upon a time ago, a strong healthy tree perhaps, but now just a fallen piece of wood. How long will it rest here? How many years did it live while alive? How many years till it becomes smaller pieces of driftwood? How many birds and squirrels called it home? One can only guess. For now I will appreciate its place in nature at this time.
