Such a fun car
Well, since we aren't moving out of Utah any time soon, I decided that it was time for me to get a new car and to start looking for a part time job or something cause it is getting pretty boring at home.
We have been a single car home for a while now and it has been a hassle to try and get things done during the day while my wife is at work, so it will be nice to have my own car again and be able to get things taken care of before she gets home.
The car is a Hyunday Elantra N. I had been trying to find one of the Veloster N series, but they are pretty much impossible to find a new one right now due to Covid screwing up the car business.
The N series is their performance models and the Elantra N comes with a 1.6 liter turbo along with a more sporty suspension. It only has 201 horsepower, so it is not going to be snapping any necks back when accelerating, but it is enough power to be able to enjoy and if I need to scoot, it can.
So now I am going to be trying to get a job at one of the local dispensaries here where I can deal with cannabis at work. It will be nice to be on the "legal" side of the cannabis industry here in the state. Now that we aren't moving, I need to start thinking a bit more long term with us living here.
