A bit chilly, but worth it
Spring is coming soon, but it is still a bit chilly here. We are supposed to get some snow tomorrow and then more a few days later, so I figured I would take the OneWheel out for a ride while the weather was nice.
One cool thing about Utah is being able to see the mountains when I am out.
I learned my lesson with going too fast on this thing and I hope that I don't end up crashing again, but going slow is for noobs.
It is fun riding through this area because there aren't any cars that drive through there. They did put some speed bumps on the road there that blend in so if you aren't paying attention you will go flying.
They are going to have to come through and knock these weeds down because after I rode through them, I had pricklies all over my socks and pant legs.
I am going to miss the snow on the mountains in a couple months. They are going to be naked again soon.
I ended up taking the trail for the way back. Off roading is probably my favorite way to ride the OneWheel. It feels like floating over the rocks. I probably go too fast when I am riding on this stuff and if I fell, I am sure I would get some serious road rash, but it is too much fun.
I am glad that I was able to get out and go on a ride today before we get more snow. I can't wait for spring. This winter seems like it has gone on forever.
