Photographers have their own NFTs now!!
I will admit, I was a little jealous when NFT Showroom launched because it is mainly for art and not really for photographers. Well the geniuses behind NFT Showroom have done it again and launched an NFT Site for Photography.
Lensy is a brand new NFT Gallery that utilizes the Hive Blockchain in a way that could help to revolutionize NFTs. There are a lot of places in the crypto space that you can sell your work as an NFT, but the Hive Blockchain doesn't have those extra GAS fees or that other stuff that you need with worry about with the Etherium Blockchain.
To start out, I have created two NFTs to be sold on Lensy. Each one of the NFTs have three editions and once they are sold, they will be gone forever. I have included full commercial rights for these photos and I plan on doing that for all future NFTs that I create. I would rather the person that buys my work be able to do whatever they wanted with it.

Be sure to check out the Lensy Announcement Post to get more info on Lensy and how it all works. The website is very easy to navigate and a boomer like me found it very user-friendly to create my own NFTs.
Here is some info about the pricing and fees:
Pricing
Photographers are charged 5 Swap.Hive when tokenizing a new photo and 1 Swap.Hive for each edition (additional NFT) they would like to release.
Commission Fees
The marketplace takes a 10% commission on sales. The first time a photo is sold a 10% commission on the sale goes exclusively to.
As you can see, it is pretty cheap and easy to create your own NFT for your photography.
If you are a photographer or a lover of photography and want to start collecting high quality photos, be sure to check out Lensy and get your gallery going.
