The city of Buenos Aires, especially Capital Federal is characterized by its beautiful streets and urbanism, called the green city refers to the vegetation that can be found in each of its neighborhoods, areas and localities, along with this makes presence the imposing, classic and historic buildings with exuberant value in relation to architecture. A perfect combination for street photography.
Today I want to share with you some photos related to this. We find 3 very important emblematic buildings in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, starting with the building La Inmobiliaria, which was built in a neo-renaissance style at the beginning of the last century in the first decade, 1910. A building that is an insurance company and where housing and offices currently operate.
It covers a complete block and has two towers with two twin reddish domes. It is located in the neighborhood of Monserrat.
La ciudad de Buenos Aires, sobretodo Capital Federal se caracteriza por sus bellas calles y su urbanismo, llamada la ciudad verde hace alusión a la vegetación que se puede encontrar en cada uno de sus barrios, zonas y localidades, junto a esto hace presencia la imponente, clásica e históricas construcciones de edificios con exhuberante valor en relación a la arquitectura. Una combinación perfecta para realizar fotografías de calle.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotos relacionado a ésto. Nos encontramos con 3 emblemáticos edificios muy importantes en la ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires, empezando por el edificio La Inmobiliaria, el cual fue construido bajo un estilo neo-renacentista a principios del siglo pasado en la primera década, 1910. Un edificio que es una empresa de seguros y dónde actualmente funcionan viviendas y oficinas.
Abarca una cuadra completa y tiene dos torres con dos cupulas rojizas gemelas. Se encuentra en el barrio de Monserrat.
On the other hand I show you the wonderful Palacio Barolo, a building inaugurated in the second decade of the last century, at the beginning of 1920 and designed with references to the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri, was at the time the tallest building in the city of Buenos Aires and South America.
Por otra parte les muestro el maravilloso Palacio Barolo, edificio inaugurado ya para la segunda década del siglo pasado, a principios de 1920 y diseñado con referencias de la divina comedia por Dante Alighieri, fue en su momento el edificio más alto de la ciudad de Buenos Aires y de suramérica.
Access to this building is by appointment only and with guided tours, otherwise you can only access the hall or appreciate it from the outside. I took some pictures of its entrance, its tower and from the main door using the wide angle mode of my phone.
El acceso a este edificio es únicamente con previa cita y con visitas guiadas de lo contrario solo se puede acceder al hall o apreciarlo desde afuera. Tome algunas fotos de su entrada, su torre y desde la puerta principal usando el modo gran angular de mi teléfono.
Last but not least, the imposing national congress. Building that I have already shown you in a couple of previous posts but that should not be left out of this series of the three great buildings of Monserrat. It doesn't mean that there are only three, just that Lara this post I decided to include only these. The whole Monserrat neighborhood is an example of high level architecture and urbanism that I will share with you progressively.
Por último y no menos importante, el imponente congreso nacional. Edificio que ya les he mostrado en un par de posts anteriores pero que no debe quedarse por fuera de esta serie de los tres grandes edificios de Monserrat. No significa que solo hayan tres nada más solo que para éste post decidí solo incluir a éstos. Todo el barrio Monserrat es un ejemplo de arquitectura y urbanismo de alto nivel que iré compartiendo con ustedes progresivamente.
