Greetings to all friends! Today I want to share with you some pictures I took yesterday between afternoon and evening in the Recoleta neighborhood of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, among which I will highlight some important buildings in that area as well as different perspectives.
To begin with I want to show you the night version of the law school which is part of the university of Buenos Aires known by its acronym UBA, previously I had talked about this building and I had described part of its architecture and the details of its construction and use.
For these photographs I took the time to wait until sunset so I could capture several versions between day and night, which I present to you below...
Saludos a todos amigos! El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías que tomé el día de ayer entre la tarde y noche en el barrio de Recoleta de la ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires, entre las cuales voy a destacar algunos edificios importantes de esa zona como también diferentes perspectivas.
Para empezar quiero mostrarles la versión nocturna de la facultad de derecho la cual forma parte de la universidad de Buenos Aires conocida por sus siglas UBA, anteriormente había hablado sobre este edificio y había descrito parte de su arquitectura y los detalles de su construcción y uso.
Para estas fotografías me tomé el tiempo de esperar al atardecer así pude capturar varias versiones entre día y noche, las cuales les presento a continuación...
The following pictures are from different angles focusing on the same building but this time during the afternoon and from a square in front of the faculty. This building is amazing for its imposing Doric style columns characteristic of Greek architecture and for its surface since it is really huge to the point of covering a whole block.
To get to this place the best way would be to take the subway line D and get off at the station that has the same name as the faculty, which I show you also with a couple of pictures I took at nightfall. It is a station that houses bars and restaurants that takes a lot of life for its location.
Las siguientes fotografías son de distintos ángulos enfocando al mismo edificio pero esta vez durante la tarde y desde una plaza que se encuentra en frente de la facultad. Este edificio es asombroso por sus imponentes columnas de estilo dórico característico de la arquitectura griega y por su superficie ya que es realmente inmenso a tal punto de cubrir toda una manzana.
Para llegar a este lugar lo más indicado sería tomar el subterráneo en la línea D y bajar en la estación que llega por nombre el mismo que la facultad, la cual les muestro también con un par de fotos que tomé al caer la noche. Es una estación que alberga bares y restaurantes que toma mucha vida por su ubicación.
Another of the neighborhood's iconic sites is the Nuestra Señora del Pilar church and the Recoleta cultural center, which are practically next to each other on a boulevard-like street that is also known for housing many of the city's popular eateries, bars and breweries.
It is a very active area in terms of tourism where there are shopping malls. For this case I show you some pictures of the above mentioned, however I left pending many attractions that I missed in this tour but I will be sharing in future posts.

Otro de los lugares icónicos del barrio es la iglesia nuestra señora del pilar y el centro cultural Recoleta que se encuentran prácticamente uno al lado del otro en una calle tipo boulevard que también se conoce por albergar muchos locales gastronómicos, bares y cervecerías populares en la ciudad.
Es una zona muy activa en cuánto al turismo dónde hay centro comerciales. Para este caso les muestro algunas fotografías de lo antes mencionado, sin embargo me quedó pendiente muchísimos atractivos que deje pasar en este recorrido pero que estaré compartiendo en próximos posts.
