Hello friends! Today I want to share with you another series of boudoir style portraits that I worked on a few weeks ago with Brenda at the classic and stunning Hugo Del Carril mansion in Buenos Aires. Every few days I share with you part of what has been this production and I still have a couple more to share, as I am very grateful to her and satisfied with the session and it is a pleasure to show you this work.
Before doing a session I already have ideas of the possible results I want to get, through references from other photographers, internet portraits and work that I want to achieve at a professional level if you could say, are simply goals that I propose and challenges.
Hola amigos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes otra serie de retratos en estilo boudoir en la que trabajé unas semanas atrás con Brenda en la clásica y deslumbrante casona Hugo Del Carril en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Cada ciertos días les comparto parte de lo que ha sido ésta producción y aún tengo un par más para compartir, ya que estoy bastante agradecido con ella y satisfecho con la sesión en un placer mostrarles este trabajo.
Antes de hacer una sesión ya tengo ideas de los posibles resultados que quiero obtener, por medio de referencias de otros fotógrafos, retratos de internet y trabajos que quiero alcanzar a nivel profesional si se podría decir, son simplemente metas que me propongo y retos.
I usually let the model choose the location where she wants to work, proposing several options where she can feel more comfortable or feel that better photos can be created according to her taste as well. The same happens with the wardrobe in about 80% of the cases.
Usualmente dejo a elección la locación en la que la modelo quiere trabajar, proponiéndole varias opciones en dónde ella pueda sentirse más cómoda o sienta que se pueden crear mejores fotos de acuerdo a su gusto también. También pasa lo mismo con el vestuario en un 80% aproximadamente.
She took the initiative to wear a long white shirt to use it in some scenes and I thought it was quite interesting, so we did it! In the main living room of the house in a beautiful armchair with the golden tones that are part of the decoration but this time looking for whiter lights I could say, lighter tones.
We used as a prop one of the books that were available while I was taking some pictures.
Ella tuvo la iniciativa de llevar una camisa blanca larga para usarla en algunas escenas y me pareció bastante interesante, así que lo hicimos! En el living principal de la casona en un bello sillón con los tonos dorados que son parte de la decoración pero buscando en esta ocasión luces más blancas podría decir, tonos más claros.
Utilizamos como accesorio uno de los libros que estaban a disposición mientras hacía algunas capturas.
On the other hand, I decided to change the intensity of the light a bit and have stronger, more intense, more golden tones, trying as much as I could to compose in different ways.
The paintings in the background also seem to me a nice part of the composition.
Por otra parte, decidí cambiar un poco la intensidad de la luz y tener tonos más fuertes, más intensos, más dorados, probando lo más que podía para componer de formas diferentes.
Los cuadros que se ven al fondo también me parecen una linda parte de la composición.
