Last week I was in the neighborhood of San Telmo trying to take some pictures of an advertisement, I think it is the oldest one that still exists in the city of Buenos Aires, but it was only one picture, I thought of going around this neighborhood looking for iconic places for this style of photography but I really wasn't in the mood... I don't know, many times there is no reason and when this happens the pictures don't turn out very well.
The Plaza de Mayo was very close to where I was and I thought it would be a good idea to walk there, surely good pictures would come out, the first picture was really the first one I took when I arrived, you can see the subway station, besides.
It is an area with a lot of people and what I captured mostly was the passage of them, in the middle of the square, walking, watching the place, the buildings, among other actions.
This is the Cabildo of Buenos Aires, you can see part of the other buildings and the type of architecture of that area, some buses and people walking from one side to the other.
In most of my photos you will find a cinematic style in terms of editing but he likes to play with new or different things. I decided to incorporate some noise, grains and if you look closely you can detail this. I just thought I would give it an old touch, a different look, although I didn't do it with all the photos.
I have taken other photos of people delighted with the architecture, the place and above all the Cabildo and the Casa Rosada that is also located there, as well as one of the clocks that surrounds the square.
This is a place that I have already visited many times and as I was not in the mood I took few photos, I did not try so hard. I hope to be in a better mood another day and surely I will get more interesting shots. In the meantime I share with you part of what I did that day.
Have a good start of the week ☀️
