A special appreciation to 
I had added some few filter to a picture of a yacht. A yatch with plain colours I had transformed by added several filters until my desire colours were met.
MY MOTIVATION
I had made filters from the curiosity of making a bright color from the clothes stake on the yacht , which had resulted to producing the background for the picture and the colours.
HOW I CAME ABOUT THE FILTER
I had use Photoshop express app to add certain filters and later used a comic app to get a portrait style to resume to the final result.
