Hi hivers! In my introduction I mentioned that I am dedicated to event photography such as weddings and 15 years party, apart from other areas. It makes sense that I also show you here a little bit of it.
Gregorio and Dayana got married in 2018, it was one of the first weddings I was able to do with a remote flash, since when I started in this (like almost everyone) I had neither budget nor equipment, the flash was the first equipment I bought and the remote trigger came later.
They were a couple with a very positive attitude and charisma; the truth is that I really enjoyed documenting their wedding and at the same time taking pictures that I really liked.
Hola hivers! En mi introducción comente que me dedico a la fotografía de eventos como bodas y 15 años, aparte de otras áreas. Tiene sentido que también les muestre aquí un poco de ello.
Gregorio y Dayana se casaron en 2018, fue una de las primeras bodas que pude realizar con un flash remoto, ya que cuando inicie en esto (como casi todos) no tenía ni presupuesto ni equipos, el flash fue el primer equipo que me compre y el disparador a distancia vino después.
Ellos fueron una pareja con un carisma y actitud muy positiva; la verdad es que disfruté mucho documentar su boda y al mismo tiempo hacer fotos que realmente me gustaran.
The first location was at Dayana's house, it really wasn't a very interesting location, unlike the church ceremony which would be at St. Anne's Church in Hatillo which was new to me. The altar, the way the light hit, the wooden ceiling and the colors captivated me.
La primera locación fue en la casa de Dayana, realmente no era una locación muy interesante, a diferencia de la ceremonia eclesiástica que sería en la Iglesia Santa Ana del Hatillo que era nueva para mi. El altar, la forma en cómo incidía la luz, el techo de madera y los colores me cautivaron.

After the time had passed and the wedding party had developed, as usual, I had in mind a photo that I wanted to take in the dark with the flash shooting just behind the models, so I waited for the opportunity and separated Gregorio and Dayana from the party to take it.
The truth was not clear what was going to happen, but once I organized the team and gave a pose to the models I set out to find the photo. In the first shot I completely burned the image and I realized that I had to be more precise in the direction in which the flash was pointing and where I was standing, in the second shot I was able to get this image that so far I consider one of my favorite wedding photos.
Ya pasado el tiempo y desarrollado la fiesta en la boda, como es costumbre, yo tenía en mente una foto que quería realizar en la oscuridad con el flash disparando justo atrás de los modelos, así que espere la oportunidad y separe a Gregorio y Dayana de la fiesta para realizarla.
La verdad no tenía claro que iba a suceder, pero una vez que organice al equipo y le di una pose a los modelos me dispuse a encontrar la foto. En el primer disparo queme completamente la imagen y me di cuenta que tenía que ser más precisa la dirección en la que apuntaba el flash y donde me colocaba yo, en el segundo disparo pude conseguir esta imagen que hasta ahora considero una de mis fotos favoritas de boda.
