One of the hard things to do when I was about to make a post about the insect of the small creature that I manage to photograph is to find the name and some other info about them.
And finding it is not easy since most of them look alike, or they are simply not much info I can find on the internet about that species. Mostly I rely on Google Lens which is very fantastic for finding out the species based on the photo that I have.
But sometimes you also have to dig deeper, and check article after article, to find the similarities between the species that come from the search and the one that I have.
But still, if I have more time, it is a fun thing to do (unless my wife starts mumbling and complaining about my constant screen time LOL)
Anyway enough with the rant for the opening of my post, today I have a leaf beetle and also a small insect which I think is a species of a true bug.
This little yellow insect might be yellow-tibia Parchicola, a species of flea beetle. It has an almost all-yellow colored body except for its eyes and the horn. It might be the Parchicola tibialis, but if supposed to be natives to north America according to wikipedia
While this bug below might come from the true bug family even though I can't really find the species because I only have a few photos from the side and from the front. So I can't see the shape, color, and pattern of its wing.
But it might be a predatory bug, as we can see a small fang folded backward on its mouth side.
