I want to share with you some photographs that I took when I do jogging in the Sport Complex Oval located in La Trinidad, Benguet that happened few months ago. It was four o'clock in the afternoon and it little seemed to drizzle or rain at that time. It's not my first time to jog there but a second time around when my sister accompanied me.
This Sport Complex (Benguet Sports Complex Oval) is designed for sports like track and field such as jogging, relay, running, walking and jogging; football; soccer, and sometimes volleyball but there's a designated area for volleyball in the gymnasium and other ball games which can be either in other school in La Trinidad. Aside from this, events like festival can be held here. And because it's nearby of the school, intramurals transpired here also. When they want to rehearse for sports, students are free to do so as it's public used. Morever, another activities can be done here is simple workout or exercise. Going back, here are the photos I took.
As you can see in the pictures, there were few people who were jogging too and some were doing football. Aside from what was mentioned,you can spend time around with your children walking.
