Vienna the capital of Austria is always a nice place to visit since it has a lot of historic buildings and also a lot of modern buildings and they all have their own flair. When taking pictures of buildings, I prefer taking pictures after sunset with completely dark sky like in the third picture or the blue hour where it is possible to get a blue sky right after sunset. In the first picture you can see the Castle of "Schönbrunn" from the outside. When i took this picture they where already closing the gates so it was not possible to get inside at this late time of the day.

On another time of the year I was able to capture the Gloriette inside of the Castle of Schönbrunn at sunset. Unfortunately the sunset was not so colorfull so I had to increase the saturation of this picture quite a bit to get it look interesting. Just before the blue hour began I had to leave this place because they where closing down and everybody had to leave. What a pitty.

At the Vienna International Center there are some nice high buildings that can be interesting at night so Stefan, Tanja and I decided to visit this place for some longtime exposure shots after a whole day of urban wildlife photography in Vienna. And we didn't regret it, the Vienna International Center has so many beautiful lights and a lot of people are partying at the danube shores in boats and in pubs there on both sides of the river. If you want to do some night shots of high buildings this is probably a good spot to do so.
