Fireworks Photography in Linz

During the year there are several fireworks on different occasions. I always Like it very much since every explosion somehow looks different every time and nearly all of them just look amazing when doing a longtime exposure photography of them. I have already tried several places for photographing the fireworks in Linz but, I think the Castle of Linz is one of the best spot since you have this nice view with the Ars Electronica center on the left side of the danube, the "Nibelungenbrücke" and the Lentos at the right side of the danube. And all the explosions are somewhat in the middle of the danube.

It is always something funny to take pictures of the fireworks since you never know what kind of results you are going to get. The pictures are always different, there are different shapes of the explosion, different colors and so on. This is something that makes fireworks photography something exiting at least for me. In summer it is a lot better since even during the night it is still warm outside and so I don't need to put on a warm coat or something, a pullover is enough most of the time. This is what I really like of the warm temperature in summer.
