An advantage of living close to the mountains (Munich, Germany) is that things like company seminars are often held there because of the rather short journey. Obviously, I had to bring my camera and I managed to sneak out at least for a little photography through the mountain village we stayed at. Golden light for Sunset was completely out of the question because the weather was quite bad...or "moody" as it's called in photo-lingo. At least it didn't rain and I quite like to capture mountains in the clouds. And the village was quite cute, too.
In the end, I was even able to take a shot that I'm very proud of. The lonely street lantern with the snowy mountains in the background just resonates with me. I love its atmosphere and the stories that could emerge from it.
And a little bonus: on another day, I managed to take at least one decent picture without a cloudy sky!
I hope you enjoyed these pictures, cheers!
