I ended yesterday's post with a sunset but if you follow me for a while, you should know that my favorite time to take pictures is a little later, during the illusive light of the dusk!
So let's see what happened after the sun setting. Let me remind you that I was at Poros, a small island just a few meters away from the mainland and I was walking on the coast towards the ferry that would carry me to the opposite shore.
A few last shots from the road, as I walk a bit fast since I can see that the ferry is almost ready to sail. I must have been the only person that was in a hurry on this island that has an almost Zen peacefulness :)
And as the colors of the sunset was turning more and more warm I made it to the ferry's deck. I had a bit less than 10' till we get to the mainland and I used every second of them taking pictures to every direction!
The first picture of the post should have been here, according to the chronological order but it is my favorite one and I wanted it as my cover photo in all front ends.
That small boats in the pictures above, are water taxi, a more flexible alternative to get across than the massive ferry. Of course they don't offer such a panoramic view to take photos :)
And as I was on solid ground again, it was the time to open my tripod and take the last pictures of the day. Unfortunately we hadn't arrange to spend the night there so we had a couple more hours of driving till the day was officially over!
All the pictures and the words are mine.
