Today and the next few days we are going in a completely different genre, dear friends.
We were invited as a Facebook photo group The Best of Us to, of course, pro bono, photograph the first half marathon in my city. Of course, as the group leader, of course in agreement with my friends and associates, I accepted this challenge and something completely new for us.
So, let's go run with long-distance runners
Although none of us are really into purely reportage, journalistic photography, we were all artistically moved in all directions, and it was a pleasure to try our hand at this genre of photography.
The organizer of this half marathon, led by our own Siniลกa, who also does photography, made a precise plan and divided us into teams of two to three people in the best positions along the race route.
This post today is part of the start of the race where Mili and I were in position immediately after the start.

We're done for today, this was just the beginning of the race, the rest will follow tomorrow and the day after. I have to say that we photographers enjoyed it, as did the runners, who said they'd never been photographed so much in any city before.
