My last post was about a sunny day that happened about a week ago. In the same evening, I decided to go to the to hopefully watch and take some shots of a nice sunset. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to see one. It's in quite a familiar location to my long-time followers already where I have photographed countless sunsets over the years.
The weather was very windy and the sea was rough. Since I haven't been there for a long time, it was visible how the cliff has again lost some big chunks of it due to erosion. Not long before the fence is history. Due to strong wind, the sea level was high and crashing waves only further destroy the cliff.
Overall, I loved the sunset I saw, it was beautiful.
I should have taken a tripod and neutral density filter with me to have long exposures. I imagine that this would have looked cool.
Since the water level was high, most of the bird island was underwater but a small patch was still visible. At this time of the year occupied only by seagulls.

Lets hope for more sunny days and possibilities to capture some nice sunsets in the near future!
