And I am currently traveling trough Spain and Morocco!
The weather here is so much better then it is in the Netherlands wright now! That also effects the color conditions of all the trees in the forest! The trees like the rain and than the flow of water makes them want to grow a little more! But the wind probably did a lot of damage to the trees! So for this years autumn I think I am going to miss the peak of it! I will see next week when I am home again!
Today I will visit a "olive factory" I know a farmer who brought his olives to the press last weekend and now we are going to look at the process of making olive oil! I am very curiousness how its going to bet there and how the olive oil making process is!
This is a good opportunity to make a nice story about the whole process!
We saw the process of picking the olives in morocco last week, so you will see the real deal here in a couple of weeks!
