Yesterday, we had a good trip to the park. I don't think it's an "official" park but it's a really big private-owned area with grass fields and trees and roads that make it an easy access for everyone wanting to visit. Most people do photoshoots, riders informal meetups here, and before the pandemic there were big events like music festivals etc.. The last time I visited here was probably in 2016 and there's really nothing else to do here other than walking, photoshoots, picnics, and other activities that you will be needing to bring your own food and stuff.
Along with and
, we rode a cab going here and there was surprisingly a LOT of people. Like literally cars are lined up and people were everywhere that you'd think there might be an event going on, but apparently it's just a normal Sunday lol.
Even though the area was packed with people, it was still okay since the area is really big lol. Social distancing can still be done and we even ran in the field to burn the doggo's energy off.
This is also his first time to a park too, since we only walk inside the subdivision and I don't have my own car so asking cabs to let a big ass dog ride their car and potentially spreading fur there is what I'm avoiding unless really necessary.
These shots were captured with the Classic Negative film simulation of Fujifilm X cameras - which they got quite known at. These were straight out of the camera and I didn't need to edit them except for resizing (to post on Hive). Their jpegs and colors are really impressive, I like it.
I also have the RAW files for these in case I want to tweak them myself but these film simulations are more than enough for me!
The first thing he did was sniff the new place and chew some grass.
We had a bit of a run at this area. There were lots of other people having their picnics but I kept him leashed with me (we both ran XD) cos I don't know what his reaction would be in a public place yet and I don't want him going after people and being overly too friendly.
There was a web and an insect stuck in his mouth that time. xD
His head is bigger than mine :D
He also had a drinking bottle which has this little kinda like a bowl in the cap so he could drink directly from there. I think it might be too small 😅 tho he was able to drink fine.
When it was getting dark, we went to the cafe nearby. This park had a lot of walking vendors you could buy from but apparently they now have a cafe near the entrance so we tried it there.
The photos at night were from a RAW file that I edited to lighten them up a bit. It was quite dark there and I haven't tried overly increasing the ISO yet although I think I could've too lol.
The shop had a long line and all the tables were occupied. We waited a long time for the drinks. :/
There were a lot of dogs there too and my doggo was able to sniff them. There was one that looked like a labrador-bully mix who wanted to play with him so bad he kept on looking at him while he was running but the owners were quite hesitant to allow him to since he may be tired or they don't know how their dog will behave with playing etc.
The others at the cafe with their small dogs were a bit scared for their dogs and saying something like "No don't go near he's too big" lol as the small dogs were barking and probably wants to mess with him.
Most of the comments I heard tho was how good boi and cute he was.
There were a food shop at the back of this cafe too but we weren't able to check since we were waiting for our coffee for too long already and there were many people so.
This was on ISO 1600. Doesn't have much noise compared to my old one.
This will probably be a chill day/night on a weekday. :D
Looked like the doggo had fun. :p
Next time we should go here on a picnic and go earlier too + on a weekday!
