While walking in the streets of Bangkok, Thailand, I was always carrying my camera on my neck lol. It was quite heavy even though it's already a mirrorless camera but still less heavy than a DSLR.
Bangkok is a great and busy city. There's a lot of things to see.
Street foods are everywhere! This one sells fresh seafoods. The ones in the blue container were either live fishes or eels (I forgot lol). Guaranteed fresh cos they cook it in front of you lol.
This was in Thonglor, where new restaurants, hotels, dential clinics and shit like that are situated. It was near our hotel so we walked a lot in here. It was about 4-5 blocks away. It was really nice walking here. :3
I saw different types of cars here. Some even Porsche or some other sick-looking shit. I was too shy to take pics of them.
I don't know what this means but looks interesting lol. My iPhone camera can't detect the language, so if you know what it means it would be appreciated to let me know the translation hehehe. XD
The traffic in this road was so annoying. There was this one time the traffic was really bad and we were going to Terminal 21 mall which was just 3.2km away from us but it took us 1 hr to get there. We could've just walked and get there probably in 15 minutes.
I really appreciate their tactile paving. Most streets in Bangkok and even in Phuket have them. When I first noticed it I didn't think it was something important although it got me curious until I realized it's for the visually impaired! Really awesome as we don't have it in the Philippines.
When I was at Starbucks in Thonglor, I saw a squirrel on a tree. I was like "HAAAHHH A SQUIRREL!!!!!". I literally gasped so loud that the squirrel got scared, looked at me for a millisecond and ran off lol. I can tell it wasn't afraid of people cos there were grab drivers near the tree but it only ran when it heard me hahah. It was probably like bitch what the fuck while at the same time I was also holy shit they have squirrels here??? cos I really didn't expect them to have them here. Especially not in the middle of a busy city.
When I saw another squirrel, I took my chance and made sure I take a pic of it and not be so starstruck. xD
The pigeons have their own pathwalk. :D
If you've ever been to Thailand, it's quite impossible to not notice their shrines. We noticed there was a Fanta offering lol and according to my research, it was a symbol for blood - a replacement for an actual animal blood sacrifice that they used back in the times. :D
