Thailand has a lot of nice beaches but a lot of them are quite far from Bangkok. There is Pattaya which is 2 hours away but it is full of party people lol. I read somewhere that it's the Florida of Thailand. 😂 If you want a more peaceful and family friendly beach that's not too far, there is Hua Hin which is about 3 hours from Bangkok.
The area is popular to tourists as well but to those who want none of those party-ass hardcore beaches where you see a lot of blackout drunk tourists on the shore. This place was very peaceful, and we didn't really see a lot of tourists around (compared to Bangkok and Phuket).
The beach is popular for the amazing sunrise and sunset view. So I went to see for myself!
I went there at around 5am and people were doing their morning walk/jogs.
The beach was at low tide, so there was plenty of space to walk around.
The view was so pretty. Luckily I had my 300mm lens with me so I was able to zoom in on those boats!
Seeing these people do their exercises make me want to do it as well haha but my sleep schedule wasn't at its best so I didn't have the energy for that.
You can see a foreigner's head there in the background. 😂 The water is pretty shallow and doesn't go deep until maybe 200m ahead. Which was nice for just dipping lol but to swim you'd have to go further.
A pigeon was trying to see if there's any food to steal from me but unfortunately I didn't have. :P
A few hours later it was time for our breakfast. The view was pretty nice. :P
