Devata beach is an attractive beach located in Galle city. Its specialty is a unique place with a rare and spectacular geological formation of a mountain called Rumsala with caves and cliffs. The beach is surrounded by lush nature and has clear water for diving and exploring down to the small Wella area below the Rumassala mountain range beyond Dewata Beach. Dewata Beach is also known for its excellent wave conditions, making it a special destination for tourists to view coral reefs.
