Hello everyone it has been a long time since I last posted many things changed at my life.
After two years living at this beautiful city called "Thessaloniki" me and my man , decided to make some changes and move on to another city "Preveza",Gr. It is an hour away from my hometown, where I own a untenanted cottage near the sea. The main reasons we decided this is that paying for rent at a big city has become more more difficult and also we needed to get away from the pressure and craziness of the city and try to live somewhere more peaceful and quite for the next year. It wasn't an easy decicion cause we both loved the city we lived but it will be an experiment for us and also a challenge of a new way of life that we haven't try yet.
Our last days at Thessaloniki I was feeling a little blue and was trying to enjoy every moment and bulid any memory for that place. I was walking around the city for hours, capturing photos of my favorite places.
Our green hood Rotoda at the city center.
"Navarinou" street, one of the most known and crowded spots at the city. Many young people hanging out and chill at this street, next to the ancient monuments.
Here is another point of view of Navarinoy street.
And here is a night capture of the same spot with night lights and the moon. ๐
Of course one of my favorite places at Thessaloniki is the port. When I feel blue or I just need some peaceful time for myself I take a walk at the beach, listen to music and enjoy the sea. The beachline is designed so good, so people can ride their bikes for a long distance away from the streets and there are many different parks for children to play, dogs or for people to rest.
I love the fact that there are shady spots everywhere at the beach, full of green and sometimes you forget that you live at a big city.
Here are some night captures from the port of Thessaloniki where I love to rest and enjoy my drink.
So many memories and feelings about this city, I felt in love with it those two amazing years. Nevertheless we move on and start a new life much different than this one and I can't wait to experience every moment of it, as for Thessaloniki who knows..maybe one day we will be back! ๐
Thank you for stopping by guys, I hope you enjoyed my post.
See you soon,
cheers!
