Today, I am going to share some pictures of the decorations placed in the restaurant. All the pictures uploaded below actually represent the traditional touch of Pakistani villages. I hope you like it. In Pakistan, you can find art mostly on public transport and vehicles. Especially on buses and rickshaws. Even on big trucks which are used for transport of things like vegetables, fruits and wooden items. Many blessings and poetry are also written on the back side of them.
Here, you can see the decorated truck and rickshaw. The rickshaw was also decorated but simple from the front. I didn't notice. Normally, rickshaws are pretty bright and decorated in Pakistan. But here it didn't. These decoration pieces are put in the spaces, which are made up of clay to give a village look.
In this picture, you can see the lantern/ the oil lamp, which is hanging on the wall made up of clay so that it resembles the village home wall. These were common in the earlier centuries in the Indo-Pak region. I remember we also had this, and when the electricity was gone, my grandmother used to blow it, and we loved it. The process was like an adventure for us.
Here, you can see the full view of it.
Below you can see some utensils made up of clay. The art gives a village vibe.
This kind of kettle is still common in Pakistan. Especially on the tea stalls, you could find similar kettles in which they make tea in it. But obviously, the design is not like that. I think they did painting on it just to give colour and represent the art of Pakistan.
Here is the drum and traditional basket, which is used mostly in the country to bring some fruits and food items when people visit someone's home.
Here is the full look of the wall side where all these decorations were placed.
That is all about today's post. I hope you like it. See you soon Insha Allah. Stay positive and happy. Have a nice day.
