here in the philippines, there is a saying that most of the fathers here has a favorite son, which is the chicken/gamecock. 😂 they are always in the father's arms, given plenty of food and care, so that one day, they can win in cockfights 😅

here's a picture of one of my father-in-law's friend who is a gamecock breeder here in the philippines. most of his cocks are sold for around 500$ or more per pc. some even go up to more than 1,000$ if the breeder is famous and his gamecocks has a high winning rate.
