Happy New Month Dear Hivers, I did an ushering work at an event.
Nigeria-Africa Natural Resource & Energy summit held in Abuja .
Companies and government ministries in the mining , Gas & Oil industries had their delegates represented from different countries.
There were different segments of the program but I will talk about the one that captured my interest because I was busy with attending to people who needed my help.
There was a debate panel held to talk about why Nigeria and other African countries should focus and fully adopt natural gas delegates from Natural gas LNG where in the debate panel
They talked about the use of Natural gas. In the electricity sector natural gas is used , used I used to think it's only water (Dam) can be used to produce electricity Natural gas is a better and cost-effective way to power their big plants; Dangote cement Organization is adopting natural gas because of the high rise of the price of diesel which has increased the price of cement.
Natural gas is can be used for residential building, it can power heater , electric cooker, iron , bulbs, etc.
Solar source of energy is a good but has it's own limits..
The raw materials to get natural gas is generously endowned in Nigeria and Africa. But the challenge is financial resources so they are calling on investors to come invest in Natural Gas .
