Back in February 2014, Sheminith (my classmate since grade school and high school) sent me a message on Facebook about how much my talent fee to take photos. Then she told me that she just got married to Mike (a high school classmate). I was surprised because both were not a thing in high school. Their love story started after college.
Mike and I were in the same university but took different courses, meanwhile, Sheminith took up nursing at a different university. I wasn't updated with other people's lives back then. Hehe!
Happy to know about their love story and also glad I learned from it because of my wedding photography business. Char!
I lost all the photos because I kept them on my old portable hard disk which was inaccessible anymore. But I posted some photos on Facebook for portfolio purposes.
Photoshoot Location
The place for our photo shoot was located in Pinamungajan, Cebu. This is the place where they actually got married. Although they have photos from their wedding, they never had professional wedding photos.
All photos were taken using a Nikon D5100 with an 18-55 mm kit lens and a 50 mm 1.8G lens.
All accessories were provided by them. And they got a yellow balloon so I told them to kiss behind the balloon. I posted this photo on Facebook as a sneak peek and I asked some of my high school classmates if they can identify who are these love birds.
They had a garden wedding so it was a nice place to do a non-Catholic wedding. We were also nearby the beach.
Their wedding rings on their fingers.
I really like the ambiance of this location. I forgot the name of the resort though.
They brought some clothes with them for at least three changes. It was easy to take photos of them as they know how to pose in front of the camera. Since we knew each other, it wasn't awkward to direct them both.
We really had fun taking the photos and also, got the chance to visit another town. I wasn't familiar with Pinamungajan and it was my first time visiting.
